8. WHERE, HOW, AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes specified in Article 5 unless specific legal provisions apply to their retention or processing. In this regard, we may retain your personal data for some time. For example, we will keep your data in the context of our services for a maximum of 10 years after the termination of the agreement (this is the limitation period for contractual claims).
